Milton Times creates Local Business Hero project
The Select Board of the town of Milton voted unanimously July 27 to provide a $50,000 grant, using federal money from the American Rescue Plan Act, ARPA.
The project will allow Milton businesses to buy advertising space in the Milton Times at a much reduced rate. The rate reduction will be created by using the grant to subsidize the small business marketing. Real estate and financial services are not included in the campaign.
