The state Supreme Judicial Court (SJC), in a decision released July 14, has cleared the way for the construction of 90 units of housing at 711 Randolph Ave. in what is likely Milton’s final appeal of the 40B development that was first proposed in 2014.

“We’re all disappointed in the decision. We think we made the right legal arguments but they just didn’t fly,” Town Planner Tim Czerwienski told the Planning Board on July 14.
